Posted December 07, 2001Jazz pianist Brad Mehldau composed the music to LE PARIA produced by Nicholas Klotz, a French movie that has just been released and that is garnering outstanding reviews.
Jacky Terrasson’s piano creates great exchanges with vibes and marimba player Stefon Harris on “KINDRED”, out on Blue Note, for which Jacky composed two tracks.
The Myra Melford jazz trio has a splendid double CD release “Alive in the House of Saints” out on Swiss jazz label HatOlogy.
The 3rd December is the date of the CD launch of “PLATTERBACK” by Westbrook and Company at Pizza on the Park in London. The album of music by Mike Westbrook, excellent jazz composer and arranger and his wife Kate will be out in France in January 2001. More about this soon.
